Happy Belated Thanksgiving

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.

I stayed home and had the traditional Thanksgiving dinner......

So I went out to Target this morning and got my Tomtom 430s XL. Happy to have that!

I also picked up a 4gb memory card for 10 bucks and a PS3 game for 7 bucks. All totaled, I spent 121 and change at Target. I got a free 10 gift card from target so that was nice. They passed out reusable shopping bags for free while we stood in 34 degree weather. I told them next year how about giving out space heaters! lol Fortunately the rain/snow mix had moved on by the time I showed up at 3:50 a.m.

After that, I ran up north to Roberts Camera/Video for a Nikon Coolpix digital camera for 50 bucks to replace the one I think I had stolen from me. I thought they would be open at 6 a.m. but they didn't open until 10 a.m. :~(



So I waited in the cab for a bit, ran into Le Peeps for breakfast and then back into the cab for another hour and a half. Finally by 9:15 there where about 20 peps in line so I decided it was time to go stand out in the line.......in 32 degree weather......

What in the CORN BREAD HELL is wrong with mother nature?? It was warmer when the sun wasn't up!:~/

But it was worth it. Camera, another memory card, case and some energizer max batteries for my tv remote totaled 85 and change, so all in all for 206 and change I made out pretty damn good!

Now, it's just rest and relax before heading back out to work tonight. Cincinnati is knocking the mummy dust off of Illinois. lol Hopefully Stanford will do the same against Notre Lame tomorrow night. Jim Harbough, please PLEASE come to South Bend!
